PIN Code Locking and Unlocking

After building up, the Cargobox is locked using the PIN-code enabled Lockbar. From Shipper to Consignee, there is full control with regards to who is authorized to unlock the Cargobox using an individually generated PIN code. Authorized users can unlock the Cargobox using Hand-held terminals or by requesting the PIN-code by computer of mobile phone. Once again, only authorized users will be able to obtain a PIN code and unlock the Cargobox. Any unexpected or other predetermined events will be reported instantly.

Diminished Risk of Terrorist Actions

It is expected that costs related to pilferage and theft will dimish, because no goods can be withdrawn from the contents of the Cargobox. A locked Cargobox also prevents potential Terrorist Actions, because any unwanted items cannot be added to the Cargobox. If such an unlikely event where however to happen, the Cargosyst IT system will report a unexpected event instantly.

FAA Approval in Progress

Meetings with the Federal Aviation Authority are scheduled to obtain Approval as a ULD for the Cargobox.

Secured Content Information

All information regarding the contents, shipper and consignee of a Cargobox are stored on a secured server. The advantage is that only authorized users can access this sensitive information. From the outside of the Cargobox it is impossible for an unauthorized person to determine which goods are inside.
